Buying a property from interstate is always a challenge - but with Vanessa everything ran smoothly. Did we take a punt with someone we didn't know - absolutely. Did it pay off - absolutely, Vanessa negotiated a great deal on our behalf (which paid for her fees) and that meant we got all the extras for "free".
Organising the inspections, introducing us to managing agents, local knowledge on geography and planning issues - all the hassles that would be a nightmare organising remotely were taken care of. I wasn't sure if a buyers agent would be worth it - now I am a convert - at least in Vanessa's case.
